Had the opportunity to lead the hands-on session on Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D as part of the P&ID training held by the Instrumentation, Control, and Optimization Laboratory of Engineering Physics ITS.

Head of Equipment Supervisor Maintenance Division

ICO Laboratory ITS. Planning and managing the maintenance of lab equipment, including the heat exchanger and instrument air system, and building a systematic inventory of all equipment.

Battery Management System

A BMS for a 72V battery pack with a State of Charge algorithm and safety system, plus a Windows-based desktop monitoring application.

  • Designed the SoC algorithm and safety system for a 72V battery system.
  • Built the BMS Monitor application using WinUI 3 (C# .NET 10).
  • Served as Head of the Algorithm & Software Division at HETI ITS.

AI System for Automatic Control Learning

An AI-based learning platform for the Automatic Control Systems course, connected to simulations and real laboratory equipment such as a Heat Exchanger.

  • Built the learning dashboard software for both the server and client sides.
  • Integrated communication between the AI, software, HMI, and PLC.
  • Used WinUI 3 (C# .NET 10) for a responsive desktop interface.

Bird Repellent with Object Detection

A YOLO-based system on a RaspberryPi that repels pest birds in rice fields, equipped with a camera system and a buzzer speaker that activates automatically when birds are detected.

  • Trained and tested a YOLO model to detect pest birds in rice fields.
  • Designed the wiring layout for the camera system and buzzer speaker.
  • Deployed on a RaspberryPi for direct use in the field.

Pertamina RU IV Plaju Instrumentation Revamp

Revamp of the Pertamina RU IV Plaju instrumentation and control system through I/O List design and P&ID drafting based on the new control system design.

  • Compiled the Input/Output List based on the control system and instrumentation design.
  • Produced P&IDs referencing the new control system design for the revamp.
  • Documented instrumentation elements according to oil & gas industry standards.
